Dr PC Fix

Rated 5.0 My desktop PC stopped posting so I took it in for the free diagnosis. I was hesitant at first as this was my first time taking my PC into a shop for repair, but it was worth it. Both Jesse and James were professional and friendly during every interaction. Their testing was thorough and they were able to narrow the problem down to a bad CPU. I RMAed the CPU, dropped it off the same day it arrived, and the guys got me back up and running. I also had them redo the cabling and it looks better now then when I took it in. I would not hesitate to give them my business again should the need arise.

Rated 5.0 Jesse and his team were fast, professional and amazingly inexpensive for the value they provide. Dropped my dead laptop off at noon. Got the entire contents of the C: drive back by 5. The reason it took so long (kidding) is my fault. I did not provide them with an adequately large storage device. Cannot praise Dr. PC Fix enough!

Rated 5.0 Everyone I have ever delta with has been more than helpful at the Redmond location. They have always gotten my computer back up and running in less time than was estimated.

Rated 5.0 Jesse was great and very patient with explaining what could and couldn't be done. With my computers. Very honest worker. Very Hard to find these days. Highly recommend him. I'm glad I drove from Mukilteo to have him work on the computers.

Rated 5.0 About as friendly as you'd hope for from a PC shop. Let's face it, nerds aren't always the most outgoing but these guys make an attempt and it shows :) They tried very hard to diagnose the minor issue I was having and ended up not being able to pinpoint it exactly so they didn't charge me a dime. Sure, I wish they could be miracle workers but I believe they put in a solid effort.
