A holistic healer, teacher, spiritual director, life coach and writer, Dana Lisa Young founded Dragonfly Reiki in 2008 in Atlanta, GA to help others on their journey to healing, well-being and meaningful life transformation. Reiki healing, personal development, spiritually-based life coaching and traditional Japanese Reiki training in the Atlanta area. The Japanese kanji or pictogram can be defined as a miraculous and sacred energy of the universe that sustains all life. The goal of Reiki healing is to assist the body in restoring energetic balance for the well-being and health of mind, body and spirit. These concepts are similar to other forms of Eastern-based medicine and mind/body practices including meditation, yoga, tai chi, acupuncture, and shiatsu.

Rated 5.0 I have been friends with Dana since 1982. She has always been a kind, warm and loving person. I was overwhelmed with grief from the loss of a friend to cancer at the young age of 45. I had been crying uncontrollably for days. I reached out to Dana for long distance Reiki. She amazingly got my tears to stop. My eyes instantly felt dry. I felt the sadness leave me. Saying thank you is not enough.
