Rated 5.0 My overall experience was good, I really appreciate how the whole team was attentive towards me, they all answered my emails and calls within in timely manner. They made the process hassle free and simple. My only suggestion would be to inform the client that they will be working with a team of people and who they should expect to hear from, thus reducing the confusion which leads to miscommunication. As stated the below the loan did not close on time but that was at no fault of the lender.

Rated 5.0 My wife and I just recently purchased a home with the help of Eric Khan and his team (Dennis Works and Kenny Young). They were absolutely fantastic. I never bother to write reviews for anything, but felt I need to in this case because they went above and beyond what we expected. Eric made the entire process smooth, easy and quick. This was especially surprising because I am self-employed, which normally adds to the paperwork. We have been through several closings through the last 10 years and this was by far the easiest. Everything was actually ready to go nearly 2 weeks for the scheduled closing. Then, Eric actually SHOWED UP at the closing! Never have I had the lender be present for the closing. Eric and his team are genuinely nice people who are always available and always helpful with any questions throughout the process. Highly recommended.
