He made it so easy with all the required documentation was provided he was able to close it within 2 weeks. Which was quite amazing. He didnt Haggled us neither we had to go thru and stress. He was upto date on the follow ups. Professionlism aside very nice person to work with and would recommend to reach out to him once just to know what he can offer because pretty sure once you talk to him you would not go with any other lenders

I don’t know whether he gave me best of best rate or not, but not bad though. I would recommend to give him a chance and compare the rate from other lenders. I am very sure you gonna satisfy 97-99.99% once you are okay with rate. I am sure he gonna match and give you better than other lenders rate. There is lots behind the scene except the term money/loan and rate like, credit health, employment verification & it’s charge, statement, insurance, balance sheet, appraisal, tax and many more.
