Hassle Free, And Transparent : When I bought my first house in April-2011, everybody was telling me that Mortgage is one of the most difficult part of this process of buying home. so when I was looking for houses, i also started contacting Mortgage agents as well proactively. One of my friends recommended Sebastian, and his quotation (HUD) was very transparent with minimal fees among all others. So I decided to proceed with Sebastian. Due to Sebastian: for me getting Mortgage was effortless process. Imagine this: Everything was done over phone/e-mails. I met him in-person during our closing (Off-course you cannot do closing remotely). So after 3 years in 2014, I refinanced same house as better interest rates were available. Again all paperwork was done over phone/e-mail and only closing was done in-person. No hassle at all, very simple , transparent and comfortable experience both times.
