Joseph has been our loan advisor for more than 7 years now. We have our 2 home loans done through him and 4 refi done on those loans. Every time he proactively calls me when there's an interest rate drop or better package available to refinance our loans. He gives honest advice based on the prevailing market conditions, loan amount, and credit history. Also gives suggestions on how to improve credit score, increase equity, wait or grab opportunity etc. He could substantially lower our mortgage payments by refinancing at right time and by doing a combination of things like reducing loan terms, removing PMI etc. Joseph was able to make the entire process easy, especially for someone like me who doesn't really follow the housing market or financial fluctuations.
