Rated 5.0 I checked with many loan officers before deciding on using Safe Haven because Premal’s honesty and professionalism. He made the process easy and seamless. He is always available by text or email. When he doesn’t have an answer right away, he followed up the same or next day. With many loan officers, they shut down after their usual 9 to 5 but not with Premal. Many times I texted him after 6pm and he responded within a few minutes. This tells me he cares about his customers. I will work with Safe Haven again.
