Rated 5.0 I just bought a new house in Richmond, TX. One of my friend recommended services of Deal Mortgage LLC to me for the mortgage loan. I was so fortunate to choose them as my loan officer as not only I had the best experience with all digital process and very smooth transaction, I got the best possible rate while working with Shridhar. He also helped me find a lender who would provide me additional grant of $6500 which was not possible with any other big lenders like Rocket Mortgage or other big names. Talk about that! We started with some online document verification which was completed very quickly and then Shridhar recommended me to lock down the rate at best possible time around Sept 25th. If I wouldn’t have locked the rate, It would have cost me at least $4-$5k more just in a month timeframe. On top of that, getting $6.5K grant just made my day.
