Rated 5.0 So far so good. When Evan was around I could get the answers I needed very quickly and he was a pleasure but now when I call with a question or concern I never if ever hear back with an answer. I only get calls to sell me stuff. I like the rates compared to other companies although they keep going up in NY no matter your driving record but still a bit lower so I stayed. But just frustrating to deal with the office so I no longer call with questions.
