Rated 5.0 I am so grateful that I found EZZ Services. I had an accepted offer on a home and went with a big bank initially for my loan. They took longer than expected and when we were already 2-3 weeks into the process the bank told me my rate would be 4.75%. I thought that was high and asked around my friends to see what rates they received on their mortgage. Two of them referred me to EZZ Services because they enjoyed their experience with them and the rates they received. I spoke with Karam at EZZ and he assured me that he can get my loan approved within 3 weeks and he could beat the rate that the bank offered me. And there it was, after 3 weeks he helped closed my loan with a 4.125% rate. I was so pleased with his assistance and guidance throughout the whole process.
