She was very responsive and was able to help in every way possible throughout the loan process. Kelly was also a huge help in the closing process. They made it so easy for us to upload all of the documents required for our loan application from start to end. Even though we did not meet Jenny in person, her video chats were like I was actually there with her in her office. We received updates every week about the loan and its standing with a video update.
