Rated 5.0 Couldn’t recommend NBI enough. Joe started working with us in February 2024 and stuck it through until our house was completed and we closed in December 2024. Joe has a strong commitment to customer service and making sure home buyers are in the best position possible to close on their homes. Communication, transparency, honesty and trust is everything that we got during our home buying process. This should be your first phone call if you are looking to buy a house!

Rated 5.0 I would highly recommend QC Lending and Deion Washington. Working with Deion was a total pleasure! Throughout the mortgage process, he was always available via text or phone to walk me through the steps, answering the many questions and concerns I had along the way (day or night, even on weekends!). His knowledge of the industry and markets was impressive and in the end, by being alert and on top of market movements, he secured us an even better rate than we expected! Deion was incredibly efficient, responsive, and helped us to close on our house in under 30 days! Again, I would highly recommend Deion and plan to refer him to people in my personal and professional network for anyone in need of a mortgage.
