We just recently brought a home in San Jose, CA. Joseph and Martha were of great help throughout the process of acquiring home mortgage and closing the escrow in just 15days. Two main things I would like to point out . 1) We were taken care of with the best rates the market had to offer, everytime. I always compare the rate from other sources. But each time, he gave me the best rate 2) With him, the whole process gets completed on time or before time. Refinancing is not fun but they made it very painless.
