We just recently brought a home in San Jose, CA. Joseph and Martha were of great help throughout the process of acquiring home mortgage and closing the escrow in just 15days. They answer the phone call right away or immediately text back if they are unable to do so. I was able to get the pre-approval letter in less than a day.
