Rated 5.0 We were so very lucky to have met Ashley from Flightbucks at the airport in Atlanta at the end of August 2017, when our flight was delayed for more than 4 hours on our way to the Dominican Republic. She helped us a lot and informed us about the possibilities in making an online claim against the airline company. After a few months they succesfully closed our case and we finally received the compensation!
