Prashanth Kallur has been learning flute since age of 10 under the able guideance of Vidwan Sri A.V.Prakash, Mysore. He has been awarded the prestigious "Centre for Cultural Resource and Traininng( C C R T ), Delhi Scholarship from Government of India during the year 1998 . He has been perfoming concerts in and around the Karnataka, to name a few Master Control Facilities ( Hassan), Chennakeshava Temple (Belur) , Sri Thyagaraja Sabha ( Mysore) etc.Prashanth has accompanied various artists and has given performances over many places in US including NewYork, Newjersy, Atlanta,Florida and Denver. While continuing his musical journey ,with his imaginative and artistic nature ,he has been successful in fascinating the audiences by his performances.
