Rated 5.0 I have ordered twice from Fretch. Received everything in good shape. The 2nd time they forgot to send something. I contacted their customer care on email and I had the issue sorted out within the hour. Next day they delivered my missing item. I do hope they broaden their selection of products. But I can get 90% of the stuff I need and I don’t need to go out and lug back heavy shopping bags. Going to order from them again and definitely recommend it.

Rated 5.0 I have used fretch few times already. Its very convenient and reliable. Customer service is great n respond fast. First time i ordered was 2 years ago. then off n on ordered few more times. One time i needed to make changes n hold the order to be redelivered.

Rated 5.0 Recently just tried this for the first time, and absolutely loved it! The whole experience is extremely user-friendly, super convenient and high quality. The service has been thoughtfully set up, nothing is over-priced. Living in Manhattan, Queens can be far and it is difficult to carry all the heavy groceries back. For everything you need to be delivered for just $2.99 is a big save on time and money for a college student like me!

So, when a friend suggested Fretch, after noting that their rates were on par with stores downtown, immediately started using their service.Since then, I have always considered their delivery system to be efficient. But recently, there had been an issue that I raised regarding the delivery.
