Our vibrant yoga schedule offers class opportunities from Baptiste Power Yoga, Slow Flow, Ashtanga and family friendly yoga as well as service opportunities with groups like Africa Yoga Project and Youth Yoga Project. With more than 100 classes per week and a community of experienced instructors, GIVE Yoga is for students of all shapes, sizes, ages, beliefs and levels.

Rated 5.0 Beautiful facility Wonderful teachers. Ive visited several classes and I love all the teachers so far. I go 2-3 times a week to which ever class fits my schedule . Everyone is so nice there I feel more and more like balanced is family.
