We're dedicated to serving fresh, natural, and organic vegetarian and vegan cuisine that delights the palate, promotes health and wellbeing and nourishes the body, mind and spirit. About our ingredients: Everything we prepare is made with the best ingredients available as an offering of love (the most important ingredient!)We use organic non gmo tofu, rice and beans. . Our breads and pastries are all made with organic ingredients. We use vegan sweeteners exclusively (e.g., organic agave, organic cane and turbinado sugar and molasses etc.) We use organic produce whenever possible.
