Rated 5.0 Excellent service! Our dryer had been squeaky for quite some time and Gary, the repairman, knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. He took the time to explain the problem to me as well as the steps involved in the fix along with the cost of the repair. Gary was efficient and knowledgeable. He ensured the dryer was working properly before leaving and also adjusted the height of the dryer to ensure it didn't rock back and forth any more. I am very satisfied and would definitely use these guys again.

Rated 5.0 Jasneet was friendly when shhe called the day before to let me know when Gary would be coming. On the day of service, Gary arrived as scheduled and fixed my Samsung fridge promptly. I appreciated his no nonsense, practical approach. With the help of hairdryer and some tools, he was able to dislodge the ice cubes blocking the motor. When I mentioned the frost build up under the deli drawer, he told me he'd look into any Samsung issues regarding our model and get back to me. He was polite and very experienced. Rated 5.0 In the last year I had to repair both, my washer and dryer. Both time I called Handy appliances, they set an appointment with me considering my availability, they show up in time. Very professional and courteous repairman. In both cases they identified the problem rather quickly and perform the repairs right away. I am not sure if they had the parts in their vehicle because they had asked me about the make, model and year of my appliances when I first called or that I was just lucky. The conclusion: I am very happy with the service, would and have recommended them. Keep up the good work!

Rated 5.0 What a wonderful gesture by the manager calling me right away to make-up for the shortcoming of one of their technicians. It was probably a human error or miscalculation not coming to the specified time of appointment and not informing the client about it. I'm sure it happens everywhere, although not an excuse, but they made up for it in a very big way! They showed how they strive for excellence and this is a sure way to success of the company. Thanks to manager Rocky for that wonderful gesture and technician Roger for being very professional and conscientious. I'll spread the good word about you guys.

Rated 5.0 Gary Roper did a great job. He called the day before to confirm a specific time window. He arrived on time and was very efficient. The cost for the service call was only $80. Many other companies charge more. He fixed our stove quickly and there were minimal additional charges for the parts. We look forward to hiring Handy Appliances again for future jobs.
