Rated 5.0 Want to recommend HelloBrothers(HB), Indian supermarket, Burlington,MA. Excellent service! During this pandemic where social distancing and stay home is first rule to follow,home delivery facility of especially Indian grocery is a big winner! After online ordering which is very convenient HB employees calls back to confirm if any other brand available than we order is ok to replace or unavailability of any thing they confirm and make final list. Before coming to home they call and confirm where to keep grocery to maintain social distancing. The delivery men wears gloves,masks and keep grocery away where we told them to. All grocery they pack as per category say frozen in one box, dry stuff in one, veggies in other ,properly labelled with list we ordered. Automatic refund of money in case of unavailability of item or low price brand replacement .All veggies,fruits are freash! Definitely order from them!

Even when customers are making unreasonable demands like haggling on prices, they do a great job on making sure everyone is happy and satisfied. Havent seen that in any other Indian stores, they genuinely care about their clientele. Plus their stock is always fresh, up to par on pricing and a super clean store to shop in!
