Highlow Jewelry joins references to high and low art, combining painting and sculptural concepts with craft practices.  The designer, Sonya Gallardo, is interested in bringing high and low together and purposefully does so through her work.  A self taught jewelry designer, Sonya’s background lies in fine art, and her designs are process driven, always involving experimentation that creates unexpected results in which the hand is evident.
