Rated 5.0 Wasn't bad overall. Air control in room broke.they couldnt fix. Maintenace wasnt knowledge of task. Mild electrical on lamp. Hot tub by pool was cold and pool warm.hot tub by weight room seemed to be working perfectly. Employees top notch courtesy and try help. Scenery looked great along with good breakfast.

Rated 5.0 Room not ready on time. Actually ready 35 minutes after check in time. Bathroom was not cleaned. Toilet covered in dry urine. Front desk employee by the name of Nil was very helpful and sensitive to my needs. He has excellent customer service. Impressed.

Rated 5.0 Hotel was updated in some areas (bathroom counter, bed, furniture), but could use some updating with bigger items such as carpet, walls, and AC/heat units. My room didn't have the option to keep the fan on all the time, so I woke up when it cycled.
