Lisa in customer service worked for months on having my dining room chair cushions replaced. Her level and all the staff there are highly professional, experienced and honest. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone. Thank you All.

Rated 5.0 Very good customer service. I received the piece the next day because they had one at their location. The delivery men were efficient they had the piece at the door when I opened it. I would have preferred to see it before they took it off the truck. But it was all good.

Rated 5.0 After our great experience with Terry, Deepak and Jackie in October 2011, we were fortunate to return to Home Living on November 11, 2012. We needed just a small kitchen set, but were treated as professionally and respectfully as if we were placing a huge order. Although they are a higher end store than the many smaller ones along Route 9 (that seem to come and go every few weeks), their pricing is just as competitive and their service outshines everyone else. Below is our last review:5.0 star rating10/28/2011Terry, Deepak and Jackie are living proof of what great customer appreciation and service should be. The true mark of a professional company is how they handle any problems that may arise. The reclining mechanism on the sofa we bought was broken. Although they were going to immediately have it fixed (and it was a simple fix), we told them that we actually decided that we'd prefer a larger sofa. Not only did they let us pick out a replacement, they also also allowed us to use the existing sofa for the meantime.

Rated 5.0 They have rally great brands. The problem is that the furniture is special ordered and when we found out 2 days after the purchase that the couch we liked was from Ashley we wanted to terminate because we had specifically said not Ashley . They said the order was already in and could not be cancelled. I thought in New Jersey you have 72 hours. They upgraded us to a Broyhill for no extra charge. It carried when they said it would and it looks great and is comfortable. I can see us coming back despite the return policy mixup.
