About Integral Yoga Studio
My goal is to help my yoga students develop every aspect of their individual personality: physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual. In my teaching, I use different aspects of yoga - physical postures (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama), relaxation, meditation, chanting and an understanding of the underlying philosophy of yoga - in an integrated approach. I encourage my students to develop a regular home-based practice so they can achieve: a body of optimum health and strength, senses under control, a mind well disciplined, clear and calm, an intellect as sharp as a razor, a strong will, a heart full of unconditional love and compassion, an ego as pure as a crystal, and a life filled with supreme peace and joy.

Rated 5.0 Subhash is an excellent yoga teacher and has extensive knowledge on Asanas, Pranayama and Meditation. Every class he will focus on specific part of the body along with some regular routines and breathing techniques. Sometimes he explains theoretical aspect of yoga from ancient text of patanjali yoga sutras. Basically we will get a complete workout and covers all the essential daily practices recommended by yoga. I started seeing the benefits with in 1-2 months and my body became more flexible and my balance and concentration more consistent AND my mind calmer with complete peace of mind . I would highly recommend to anyone whether you are a beginner or advanced you are going to like it.
