About Integrity Martial Arts

Integrity Martial Arts is dedicated to making all of its students the best they can be. Through teaching the Korean Art of Taekwondo, students will learn many valuable lessons that will carry them through life. Taekwondo is founded on these five tenets: Under the tutelage of some of the area's best Master instructors, students will not only learn Taekwondo, but they will also receive training and instruction in several other arts to make them more complete and well-rounded martial artists and people. Students will also learn self-defense techniques to allow the art to help them in real-world situations. Master Tony Gaines in the owner and Chief Master Instructor at Integrity Martial Arts. Master Gaines currently holds a 4th degree black belt in Taekwondo. He has also trained in the arts of Tang Soo Do and Hapkido. It was from his desire to train and compete that his Martial Arts program has come to life. His passion and desire are to inspire an help students to learn the Arts of Taekwondo and Hapkido. His greatest strength is to reach each student on an individual basis, enabling that student to reach his or her maximum potential. For adults, this may mean getting into their best physical shape while learn to defend themselves and their families. For children, this means teaching them how to defend themselves while building self-confidence, positive attitude and respect.
