Rated 5.0 My experience with Jigar has been amazing. He has good customer service and good follow up skills. I'm never unaware of what's happening because he calls or emails me to update me on my application. My situation was very unique as I had a contract since August for a co op but was denied from a previous bank due to the financials of the building. With this being said I had little time to secure and close on a loan. I decided to try bank of America and reached out to a lending officer. He told me that I could not get a mortgage because I put down 10% and failed to tell me about the first time homebuyer programs that they offered. I decided to try another lending officer because I knew this information was wrong. I came across Jigar's profile who had years of experience in banking. The first thing he did was checked to ensure that the co op was approved so I wouldn't have the same issue that I had the first time, second thing he did was told me about the first time home buyer programs that they offered. This speaks to his knowledge as a lending officer and I could tell that he genuinely wants to help people achieve their dreams of home ownership. He assured me that he can work with me to get this wrapped up and he did get it wrapped it in a short time period, I'm still in shock that I'm now able to finally close.

Rated 5.0 Jigar Shah was extremely helpful, always answers all questions and give good suggestions ,and also he always answer phone calls all the time , even during the off time of his work. Whiteout his help we can’t imagine to buy a house. We are so glad to have a lender like him. Thank you.

Rated 5.0 Excellent service from Jigar.He is highly determined and his first quote had driven out the competition. Just for the sake, we talked to other lenders for the rate. It is a win-win as he had saved few thousands of dollars along our first home buying process and we closed the deal with Citi.He is highly diligent and worked towards the goal of closing the deal. He has lots of patience and is always available to answer any customer's questions. I have already recommended Jigar to my colleagues/friends and the only reason I am taking the time out to write this review is that he is excellent. In all aspects, from being accessible at all times to answering your questions to working with you on the documentation he is great. Looking back, I could not expect more and have developed very high regard and respect for Jigar's professional attitude.
