Rated 5.0 I joined JNS about a month ago and it’s been the best decision I’ve made. The trainers are all very friendly and knowledgeable. They keep you on your toes and keep you motivated. I’ve been training with Ayat and it’s great to have someone a text message away to check up on you, ask questions, and have them pick your meals when you go out! I’ve lost a good amount for one month and all my measurements are down! The workouts are rigorous and fun and you can really see the results yourself. It’s definitely the best decision I’ve made to join!
