Rated 5.0 Jungle Jim's has everything - from the curry sauce my mom hadn't seen in stores since she was a kid, to raw tripe ready to be cleaned and cooked, to kangaroo, alligator, and ostrich meat, it's truly the best International/Specialty grocer in the country. Roughly 3x the size of my local Wal-Mart and with fair prices, we can always have a great time just wandering the aisles and spend a cool $50 when we intended to buy nothing. Not only does their exclusive selection of things you can find NOWHERE ELSE completely leave customers in awe, the staff is friendly and helpful as well! It was the only place in the state of Ohio where I was able to procure dried limes (limu omani) for making machboos/kabsa. I miss Jungle Jim's dearly, I'll surely be back. Yelp's caption of the 5 star rating "Woohoo! As good as it gets!" is the best way one can sum up a description of JJ's. And if you like booze, fine cheese, or fancy pates, you're gonna have a bad time... when you can't make rent next month because you spent your savings on their rarities.

Rated 5.0 One word...AMAZEBALLS! Jungle Jim's is the ultimate store. Anything and everything you could want is located in this store. The International isles were my favorite. So cool to go down each one to see what neat treat you could nab. The hot sauce area was also super impressive! I was wowed. They gave out food and drink samples all over the store which I thought was definitely smart business. You try, you buy. You could also grab a cold brew for $3 and sit or shop. We sat in this cool area with tables and airplane seats. A fun touch! The only part of the store I was a bit disappointed in was the coffee area. It was pretty small and not a lot to choose from unfortunately. Other than that though...this store rocked my world! I'm looking forward to my next visit!

Rated 4.0 very good grocery store overall. Having been to the original location in Fairfield, Ohio many times, and being a purest at heart, I still like the Fairfield location the Best! It just flows better than this location. Note: You have to buy Liquor(Spirits) separately.

Rated 4.0 Jungle Jim's Eastgate is the bigger and brighter sister of Jungle Jim's Fairfield. Much like siblings, the stores are remarkably similar, and yet very different. I could not help but compare the two throughout our visit. There are a lot of exciting products. Some items differ from Fairfield. Their bakery is mostly Blue Oven. Personally, I prefer the breads at Fairfield. Though their caramel apples are so much better. I am kicking myself for only purchasing one... and offering to share it with my daughter. Employees seemed friendlier at Eastgate. A lot of smiles here. I found it a little harder to navigate than Fairfield. That being said; still a great store. All the great international departments Jungle Jim's is known for are here. If I am in the area again, I will be sure to stop in.

Rated 4.0 I've always been a huge fan of Jungle Jims. Love their sales, the atmosphere and selections of food and wine/beers. This location is not as huge as the one in Fairfield. My boyfriend mentioned that it still has the feel of the old Remke/Biggs (previous store before this was built). I am pleased with the beer and wine selection. Especially when you come on Friday nights they have craft beer specials ($3.00 pints on selected beers) on tap. I find this store is organized and categorized. My favorite is the cheese, international, and produce section. This is the closest location for me and I'll still shop here. However I like Fairfield better.

Rated 5.0 Jungle Jim's is the best and craziest grocery store I have ever been to. It's a destination point for people visiting the area (how often can that be said about a grocery store?)..with their insanely vast selection of absolutely any kind of food you can think of. To the point of having designated areas for very specific geographical food products from everywhere you could think of from around the world. The Eastgate location is their new location, following the original location in Fairfield, and I've really grown to like it over the past couple of years. I feel the two stores compliment each other pretty well, and there are many reasons to go to both. For instance this location seems to have a bigger beer/wine selection. Regardless, both locations are just any kind of foodies paradise. The staff at both locations are friendly and knowledgable. I highly recommend these stores to anyone with a fondness for food..just prepare to be overwhelmed upon your first visit.
