Rated 5.0 I had a Dell laptop which would turn off by itself and need its DC jack replaced. Max was able to diagnose the issue and fix the issues. I was satisfied with the work. I don't appreciate the "typical Chinese B.S." comment made by the previous reviewer. It's a cheap shot. If the person didn't like that Max took his computer to the back then he could've said something instead of going online and making a racist comment while simultaneously overgeneralizing an entire ethnic group.
