Rated 5.0 I ordered few canvas and frames for home decor from Klamod and I loved their products. Received products before estimated delivery date and they are exactly as described. Very good quality products.

FAQ of KLAMOD

- 1. Shipping & Delivery
  Product will be shipped within 48 hours of the order placed and will be delivered within 5-8 working days.

- 2. Cancellation
  For Cancellation, Klamod does not have any option to cancel an order once the payment is made. However, you can get in touch with our Customer Service or email us at the earliest with your Order number. We can cancel the order before dispatch or within 24 hours of placing the order which ever is earlier.

- 3. Returns of the Product
  Returns are acknowledged in the following two scenarios: 1) Product is damaged, possibly in transit. 2) Mismatched product delivered, in terms of style, color and / or size. If returns of the product are due to any other reason apart from the above mentioned ones, please get in touch with our Customer Service within 48 hours from the receipt of delivery. Returns of the product is acceptable within 7 days of delivery. The product you’re returning must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition. If it is used, damaged, soiled or altered, the return won’t be processed and the items will be sent back to you.
