We, the Hindus of Canada, abiding by the principles of the Hindu Dharma as ordained and enshrined in the Shruti ( Primmary Scriptures:Vedas) and Samritis ( Secondary Scriptures: puranas,two Epics, namely Ramayana, Mahabharta including Bhagwat Gita,etc.) and enunciated in Darshanas (schools of philosophy); resolve, to incorporate a religious, cultural, philosophical, educational, social, economic and charitable society, AND to preserve, promote and uphold the principles of Sanatan (eternal) Dharma and commit to conduct the business of the society in keeping with the Hindu practices and traditions by making Nishkama Seva (unselfish service) as our motto so that all of humanity may benefit.
