    Lisa's Cleaning Services was established in 2007 by Randy and me. Later then, we have developed into multiple crews and company vans and have cleaned thousands of homes over the past five years. But we are still a small, family owned business, and each of our customers is important to us. I started my company because I know that having a clean house makes a happier and healthier home. Lisa's Cleaning Services offers exceptional maid services for residential customers in Apex, Cary, Holly Springs, Morrisville and Raleigh. We want to keep your business, and we want you to tell your friends about us. The only way we can do that is to offer the best cleaning service in Apex, Cary and Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina, Morrisville and select areas in Raleigh.     Rated 4.0 After a terrible cleaning experience in our new home, I realize how important it is to leave good reviews when a company does a great job! How else can we get the word out about businesses that are doing good work out there? Lisa's Cleaning was hired to do a deep cleaning of our home after some extensive builder "punch list" repairs. It was very dusty in there, and we'd really let our regular cleaning schedule go as we were accommodating tradesmen daily. The builder hired this company as a courtesy to us, to help us get back to a nice clean slate. And oh did they ever help us! Our home gleamed after they left like a 5-star hotel. I walked from room to room, positively giddy. I didn't realize how good a deep cleaned home could feel! And they'd just slipped out quietly when they were done, not disturbing us at all. So very professional. It was a little bit like we'd been visited by the cleaning fairy! When we later put our house on the market, Lisa's Cleaning returned to do a deep pre-listing clean. This time was a little less WOW-worthy, but I think that's because the house was already in good shape. The four stars, however, is because the first cleaning crew seemed much more focused and energetic and I value consistency in a service like this one. Regardless, I'd recommend them wholeheartedly. Thank you for all your hard work.

    Rated 2.0 Their cleaning service was so-so. They did some things well and others not. I think they've had a lot of turnover amongst the actual cleaners as it seems like I had a different crew every time and the good ones always left. Several weeks ago the crew, while cleaning, openly mocked and talked trash about the owner as if I wasn't even there. Lisa called me several days later to schedule for the holidays. I offered flexibility at that point, but she said she'd keep me at my regular time. I told her about the crew and she apologized. The day before my scheduled cleaning (right before Thanksgiving), Lisa tries to change my time from 1:30 to 9 or 10am in order to "let the girls go home early". I tell her I can't, that I have other appointments. I work from home and travel and she knows that. The next day the crew arrives 1.5 hours early anyways. I'm not home, and Lisa is calling and texting wondering where I am. I interrupt my appointment to deal with her ultimatum of "if you're not home in 10 minutes, we're canceling". I tried to explain I'd be home at the scheduled time, but things went downhill and we parted ways. This was not the first time the owner pulled something like this. There were several times they rescheduled or tried to at the last minute. She must have promised the crew they could leave early, and instead of upsetting and risking losing a disloyal crewmember, she decided to lose a paying customer.

    Rated 1.0 I was employed here and it was the worst experience ever! The owners are very disorganized don't take pride in their business or their employees. Very shady business.

    Rated 5.0 I worked for this Company for 3 years and they were by far some of my best employers! They were honest and cared about their employees and clients very much! I recommend them from every aspect whether it be for employment or cleaning services!

    Rated 4.0 I worked her for a year, they are amazing people and truly caring. Yes things may be unorganized at times but that comes with any business especially if you have employees that call out alot. I was a single mom and they worked with ne on every time i needed to be out for my daughter even helped me attend classes. They go above and beyond when your a hardworking , reliable employee!! If i was to ever decide to go back to work inwould gonback to Lisa she is the best boss i ever had! Her heart is there and that means alot
