I am a certified Ayurveda Consultant practicing in the San Ramon/Dublin/Pleasanton area. My special area of interest includes disease prevention, natural detoxification, rejuvenation, and nutritional counseling including personalized diet-plan, herbs, and daily self-care recommendations. The goal of Ayurveda is to maximize our body’s ability to heal itself by creating a harmonious balance within our body and mind. Having achieved personal success, my passion for natural healing motivated me to study and explore alternative medicinal science like Ayurveda. As an Ayurveda consultant, it inspires me to see my clients benefit from such a strong time-tested tradition.
