The floors came out beautiful and really transformed the space. I appreciate the hard work and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality flooring work.

Rated 5.0  Highly recommend!!! Frank and his crew were absolutely amazing and we love the work they did for us. My wife and I recently bought our first home and while we planned to change out the flooring, we realized it was going to require a bit more work than we anticipated, but we were on a tight budget. We contacted Frank and he gave us a quote in our kitchen that day (much cheaper than any other quote we received). His crew worked hard and with amazing skill and we are so happy with our new flooring and fire place tile. Frank always responded to our emails within minutes and provided a lot of detail. We are so happy we went with Natural Flooring.

Rated 5.0  Suffice to say that Frank and his team are perfection. I have never been happier with our floors... I literally want to sleep on them I love them so much. From day one Frank took care of us. He held my hand and walked me thru each step while choosing my floors from his hundreds of samples. He never bothered me to make a choice but waited until I decided. He worked around other contractors flawlessly, showed up when he said he would and the put hardwood flooring in a 2500 square foot home in. 5 days! They were clean and Covid safe and just the whole experience was perfect. I definitely recommend Frank and his team. You won’t be disappointed, I promise

Rated 5.0  Just Brilliant! I have worked with Frank twice on two completely different projects. Both times Frank and have his crew have exceeded my expectations. On the first project I had multiple people come out and say they were unable to do the work I needed (refurbish the floors), or were charging an arm and a leg. Frank came and not only did the work quickly, but the finish was incredible and he was able to match the color exactly to the stairs. He also did it at the most competitive price - which was the cherry on the cake. I just moved house and needed to get new wooden floors, so I called Frank again - he was incredibly helpful, honest and flexible. I changed what I initially asked for, and his patience and help was very much appreciated. The actual job was brilliant. The finishing was clean and the work was very well done. I actually watched them do it- and they took so much pride in their work. They also were very respectful of my space and home. They cleaned up every single day and made sure I was 100% happy before they left. It is so nice to see such incredible work ethic as well as customer service and just respect and humanity. The prices are beyond fair and I just cant believe my luck in finding Frank and his crew. Very grateful. I am VERY picky and they exceeded my expectations in the work as well as time management, cleanliness, and communication. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, and I wont go anywhere else myself. Thank you Frank!

Rated 5.0  Frank and his crew were amazing. They removed and replaced our entire lower level flooring (1500 sqft) and trim in 7 days. His workmanship and attention to detail was excellent. From my experience working in residential construction, this is a top notch contractor.
