I was charged nothing for the process, and the person who helped me explained what was wrong with my laptop. Would definitely recommend NCAL to other people with computer issues.

Rated 5.0 I was considering trashing my old desktop and buying a new one soon for my home office. I stopped by NCAL to just take a look and see if I could get some more time out of the old one first. Long story short is I had NCAL rebuild my old desktop computer about 1 year ago. It still works perfect and is lightning fast at processing, uploading, & downloading. No need for a new computer. They put in a new mother board, fan, & windows 7. Very happy and contacting them again for some internet upgrades at my business location.
