Shipindus took an amazing care of my belongings that needed to be shipped from New Jersey to New Delhi. I had loosely packed 4 different containers, but the staff at shipindus went the extra mile!! They helped repack all the boxes into one single solid container (btw they have boxes and packing peanuts and plastic covers in store). They even put bubble wrap around my monitor screen and packed it nicely for cargo travel. And all this with very efficient communication. From a cluttered 5 container setup to a solid looking 2 unit shipment in a very efficient manner. I loved the service and definitely encourage other people to use it as well. Please make sure you don't have any kind of Li-ion battery or battery products (trimmers, phones, cameras) or any kind of perfumes. Highly recommend their service!

I found this amazing company out of many from a google search and found it to be very professional. I asked for the quote and they email me after filling out basic information. I decided to call for more information.  A representative picked up the phone even after 5:00 PM PST without having me go over the maze of buttons and he was courteous. The company/call center is based out of Texas and the agent answered my questions about the process. For the shipping label to be emailed, he mentioned that the manager Karan Menon is not available (being a Friday past 7:00 PM local time)  and he will return the call the next day.  Karan called me back and explained the process. I will surely recommend this company as a happy customer.

USA to India Shipping was smooth when we sent NEW items. Note: I tried to ship my friends used items from the USA to India as he stuck in India due to visa issues. SFL employees were not aware that we couldn't ship used items from the USA to India. Finally items were stuck at customs. (As per customs, the used items can be shipped only within 3 to 6 months of relocation) So check customs rules before sending any items. SFL never says NO to anything and ships. We have to handle customs clearance issues.

From the start, I was very well guided and informed by the SFL employee. The entire process was handled like one's own with regular follow-ups, emails and necessary updates regarding the package. I've used SFL Worldwide once to ship documents to India and they arrived early with no problems. I'm in Dallas, TX and initiated a shipment from India to Dallas. I was quoted a price using SFL's online system but the next day when I started the process the sales rep quoted a price 18% higher. I sent him the quote and he honored it. SFL gave me good instruction for the factory in India and when the factory didn't send all of the documents SFL needed SFL kept on them until they got everything. I'd rate their Dallas office 4.5 stars.

I used SFL services to relocate and move all my stuff from USA to India. Nirav from SFL assisted me and gave a very competitive quote with clear instructions on packing, pickup and delivery. There were no issues in scheduling the pick up and I was also able to update my shipping address after the package was in transit. All the items we shipped arrived safely in great condition. We also took the shrink wrapping to ensure the boxes are not damaged in transit. The only downside why I removed 1 star was the time delay in receiving the package in India. It took overall 4 months for me from pick up to delivery. I guess the packages are not prioritized for customs clearance because of which it takes a lot of time for customs clearance. Overall I would def recommend SFL to anyone looking to ship stuff across countries.

I am amending my review PURELY because my rep Krunal--whose duty was only to sort out the contract, arrange payment, and coordinate packing and pick-up from Dallas--moved heaven and earth to locate and and have all my parents' long overdue packages sent to them within about a week of my leaving the 1 star review. This was entirely outside of the scope of his duties, but he went out of his way and got the job done. If you book SFL, ask for Krunal only--he went above and beyond for me when all his colleagues did was provide vague promises and excuses. Krunal deserves a raise! I'm so grateful to him.

First off, I have to thank SFL for the amazing experience! Thanks personally to Mr. Punit for constantly helping me out throughout the process! After reading some of the negative reviews, I was truly in two minds about shipping so many boxes, beds, furniture, electronic items through SFL. All items were fully insured and I was hoping never to deal with insurance at all. But I was also mentally ready for damages for I knew for sure that every box/furniture would have some damage at least, upon arrival. The shipment took the exact time Mr. Punit had given me and all items were home delivered as promised. Firstly, there were no missing items/boxes. And upon opening box after box, I did not see a SINGLE DAMAGE!!! Let me back up and say that I took a lot of care packing each box but larger items were packed by SFL themselves. Two guys came home and packed large items right in front of me, fantastic packing really! I had shipped my leather couches and not a scratch on any of them! I'm extremely pleased with SFL Worldwide-Shipping. They went above and beyond to deliver my package to Princes Town, Trinidad and Tobago. Four days after I dropped it off at FedEx in Georgia (USA), I received an email that it was ready for pickup 50 miles from its destination. I called SFL and explained that the recipient had no transportation, and asked what options were available. Two days later I received notice it had been delivered. THANK YOU, SFL!

I had a fantastic experience using the SFL Worldwide service when shipping a documents envelope from USA to India. Straightforward web user interface to find options and their pricing... I got 5 options to choose from -> Request for the quote was followed by email from SFL Worldwide with a button to book the shipment -> You need to set up a free account with the system to move forward with the order. Again, very simple web form to fill out. Then chose my option, made online credit card payment. I received a confirmation phone call from SFL customer service, and in a few minutes received email with the FedEx shipping label. That was it! From this point forward, just follow the standard FedEx process! I paid $36.72 for my shipping that FedEx was charging over $140 to deliver, still using the FedEx system! My shipment was delivered by FedEx in 5 days, while I wad able to track its progress.

SFL headquarters were very polite and helpful. The price was the best. My only suggestion is that SFL distinguish between the sender and payer. If the receiver or other person is paying for the shipment, they should decide upon the speed of the service and be informed and consulted if questions arise. Also, in addition to the shipping fee, upon delivery, I was charged an additional border fee (MX) of $10 US for item shipped to MX from USA. I had not been aware of that and ask SFL if that is standard? If so, you might make it known to the shipper before the fact.

I was satisfied with their service. You create a shipment in their portal and then within an hour or around, you will get a shipment label. They were available over phone as well in case you were doubtful in the beginning. They are definitely cheaper than directly going to FedEx / UPS / USPS and you get the same service. Once you get the label, its the usual drill of dropping it off in the nearest location. I'd recommend to others if they are able to maintain this level of service and the rates.

It’s a great way to ship boxes to a long distance. Just print the label and take it to a FedEx store. The package arrived within a week.

I had an okay experience. My boxes arrived after 6 months, even though I was told that they would arrive in 3-4. That in itself is not that big of an issue. It was just pretty troubling because there was no set ETA during the process. It just kept getting longer and longer on the tracking portal, with no answer from management as to when I could expect my boxes. This put a lot of my plans on hold and was really frustrating. Other than that, the boxes arrived safely with all of my things in good condition. The sendoff process was also really smooth. So i guess if you’re in no hurry about receiving your stuff, you can go ahead with their services!

SFL got my package to Australia using FedEx at a fraction of the cost had I gone to Fedex directly. I did have difficulty with my rep's accent so he had to repeat himself many times. Also you need to do your own research on customs duties on the country you are shipping to. Australia has huge customs fees when you declare a high value on your item. However you can not beat SFL's price.

I needed to return a package that was rather large. In going directly through USPS the cost would be $65.00. I contacted SFL and I was given a cost of less than $18.00. They provided the necessary mailing label and I dropped it off at the nearest FED EX office. They saved me a boatload of money. THANK YOU!

I did not realize how complicated it could be to ship a personal package from India to the US. After getting outrageous quotes from the big guys who assumed I had to be a business shipping commercial items, not just a person... I found SFL. They assigned Ambuj to facilitate and he was just fantastic - he helped me and the sender complete the right documentation, he kept me updated and the package arrived on time. If I had to do this again, I'd definitely use SFL.
