Rated 4.0 My first time there I was standing in the store for ten minutes before I find out that you had to be put on a list. My second time was yesterday when I really wanted to buy and receive my free charms but I had worked so I so I didn't make it to the store until 5:45pm at and was told that they were not taking anymore names on the list. Update: So I must say I went back to the Pandora store today and had great customer service. I even talked to the manager about my experience she told me I should have asked for her and she would have let me in.
