PC ASAP is a great company. They are super fast and have excellent customer service. I have utilized their service several times with different computers and nothing has stumped them. My last visit was when my laptop would not charge. They fixed the laptop incredible fast and since it didn't require parts they didn't even charge me. PC ASAP is a small business, but that doesn't stop them from offering solid and quick service.

I have brought every imaginable problem to PC ASAP for 5+ years and they have never failed to resolve my problems. I genuinely feel like they always have my best interest at heart, and that combined with their overall PC knowledge has made for a great relationship. I've never regretted taking out my credit card to pay them for my sanity. Computer issues will forever be a nightmare and PC ASAP consistently has been the light at the end of the tunnel. I fully recommend and endorse their services. They ROCK!!

It's easy to give these guys 5 stars because they did such an outstanding job. The hard drive on my 5 year old laptop was on its' last legs and about to suffer a permanent and sudden death, yet the techs at PCASAP were able to recover my data from the old drive and successfully install a new hard drive for me. They were courteous, professional, friendly and knowledgeable in the few days I had my computer at their shop being repaired. The price I thought was reasonable for the work performed and I would highly recommend this business and these techs for your PC troubleshooting and repair needs.

They offer good service. They are knowledgeable, but more pricey than competitors for simple service. Almost twice the price of geek squad for reload of windows without backing up data.

This was my third visit to PC-ASAP. On two previous occasions, I had issues with my desktop which were resolved to my satisfaction with a smile by David Myers. So when a friend of mine was having problems with her MacBook Air, I recommended PC-ASAP to her. I called and talked to David ahead of time. He was, as a I remembered, very courteous, professional, knowledge, and super helpful with my friend's MacBook Air issue. Even though the issue was not completely resolved due to reasons beyond the control of PC-ASAP, my friend came out feeling we had been helped by a professional tech and knew exactly what steps we needed to take to fix the problem. David Myer was extremely helpful, kind, and attentive. The first place I would look again for computer solutions is PC-ASAP due to David's service approach.

As you can tell from my Google name, I'm into gaming. I have a custom gaming computer that totally stopped working. I brought it to PC ASAP, who found the problem. Unfortunately, there was another problem in addition that only appeared after I got the computer home. I brought it back to them, and they spent several days on it, still under the original work price. They found the problem, which was not obvious, and all is well. I found their people to be friendly, dedicated, enthusiastic, and most important, highly competent. I would recommend them for any computer work, including networking and custom building. They're going to build my next computer.
