Rated 1.0 Went to get part for my Laptop. I knew what was wrong with my laptop. They had the part but refused to give me part since they did not diagnose the problem. I offer them to show them my laptop and the person said they will charge to take a look at laptop to see what is the problem. What a ripoff. Poor customer service and greedy business. They should not advertise that they sell parts.

Rated 5.0 Excellent service! I had a HP desktop that was shutting down randomly. Dropped it off at PC mart. They called back the next day after they diagnosed the problem to be due to a broken CPU fan. They provided an estimate of the cost to fix this. They had the PC fixed and ready to go the same day. They tested the PC by leaving it on the entire day to ensure that it did not shut down. Very courteous staff. Would definitely recommend them for any PC related issues.

Rated 5.0 I have been using PC Marts services for many years and have had very professional service from them at all times. I have purchased many different PC's that were for mine and my sons use, whether for school, work, or general internet activities. At times I have requested a special build that they were able to accomplish for at least half of what the Geek Squad wanted to charge me. I have found them very reliable on the recovery of either a very corrupt hard drive or due to a damage a hard drive that is unable to boot at all. They have also at times given me other options that I have used successfully at no cost to myself. I would highly recommend their services for most computer needs either hardware or software. They have never sold me more than I wanted or needed, or charged me more than the up front estimate that I was given.

Rated 5.0 I have been dealing with PC Mart for over 20 years! I have purchased 3 computers from them and they ALL have performed to perfection. Despite the other reviews the customer service is OUTSTANDING. Usually they have your computer only one day. They build your computer to your specifications from the tower to the hard drive. Friendly service and quality PC's. They also do not install any junk or crap on your computer. Just the operating system and if you wish (and should) the anti-virus. Forget the racial slurs and bad reviews. They must be doing something right to stay in business for over 20 years. Highly Recommended!
