James is licensed by the State of Texas Medical Board to practice Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine and is a Nationally Board Certified Diplomate of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbology via the NCCAOM (National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine). He is a Diplomate of Oriental Medicine and has met the certification requirements for both acupuncture and Chinese herbology. James is a graduate of American College of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine where he earned both Master in Acupuncture and Master in Oriental Medicine (MAOM). He studied Traditional Chinese medicine for 10 years since he learned in Chang Geng University in Taiwan.

Rated 5.0 I was visiting Houston for an extended period of time and I got sick. I found this place on Yelp and decided I'd give it a try. The location is in a very nice area in a cute little strip mall. When you walk in the office is extremely clean and tidy. I was immediately greeted by my doctor and taken back. I purchased the package deal of 3 visits to save some money because I knew I'd need to go back for more treatments regardless. I was very nervous at first, but the vibes in that office along with the doctors calming nature put me at ease immediately. I've had acupuncture many times in my life so I know when someone knows what they're doing. And I could tell with this needle placement that he knew.
