Rated 5.0 These guys are great to work with. We were in an unfortunate situation in which we just bought a house and the main sewage line leaving the house started leaking. The technician/Owner, Kevin, came over and found the problem immediately. The pipe sheared at the foundation wall on the outside of the house and fell a couple of inches. We needed to do emergency digging in the front yard to get these pipes replaced. He was able to come bright and early the next morning and start the dig. Kevin and another technician replaced the pipes starting from inside the house going about 12 to 15 feet outside of the house. Added an outside clean-out and placed 12 inches of rocks under the pipe to insure that this will not happen in the future. They were done by 3 PM and the price was better than I was expecting when I researched how much a dig like this usually costs. I would highly recommend calling Pipe Line for any of your plumbing needs. They are efficient, fair priced, and all around nice guys.

Rated 5.0 I called on a Thursday afternoon and was told a service person would call me to schedule an exact time soon. About 30 minutes later I received a call that a technician would be by later that afternoon. Josh Doyle came at the time estimated and I described the clog. He looked at the pipes under the sink and from the basement. He got the rooter machine from his truck and rooted the clog. It was done within 15 minutes. We had received advice from a previous plumber that our pipes needed to be replaced, but Josh reassured us that as long as the pipes were working, it was not worth replacing. While he was in our home, he also checked our toilet downstairs that would run every 20 minutes and gave us advice on how to fix it ourselves. The overall service was great and made me feel like I was never being sold services I didn't need. I really appreciate the honest appraisal provided.
