Plaza Square Apartments

Rated 5.0 Have been living here for three years and am generally happy, would not move to any other apartment complex in the area. Plaza Square has the best amenities in the area and the staff is very friendly and helpful! Maintenance is easy to get a hold of and they respond fairly quickly. The new renovations and updates make for a more modern look. Safe area and maintained very well. Close proximity to restaurants/bars, Rutgers/RWJ and route 18, 1 and 95.

Rated 5.0 Have been living here for a year and experience so far has been positive. On site covered parking in the basement is a huge plus especially during winter. Management has been helpful and responsive to issues. Property is fairly well maintained. Population is mostly younger professionals (many Rutgers/RWJ students/staff)however there are plenty of families with small children here. 10 min walk to train station if you commute to NYC by train. Route 18 is literally right outside the garage exit. Quick access to George street shops/restaurants.Property is built in 2004 so hallway/stairs are bit dated. Some annoying leaks in the garage needs to be fixed.

Rated 5.0 Amenities are pretty interesting and working well. In my mind rental price is fair comparing to others building. The maintenance service is just awesome. We had different kind of issue with faucet, shower... and every time it took no longer than 4/5 hours for regular trouble and for really urgent one like we had on Christmas with the dishwasher, they came in 5 minutes. The office is professional and reactive. Alyssa is doing it well in quick and efficient manier. Everybody has different expectation but for us this is the best deal and we will stay here as long as they will manage it this way.
