Rated 5.0 Excellent experience last night at the Massapequa Park NY location! Because of my sons complicated medical issues I have always been nervous to use an urgent care type facility. I knew our issue wasn't too serious so I figured let's give it a try and hopefully save a trip to the ER. I am so glad we did!

The west Hartford location is clean, inviting, and I was very impressed with the welcoming nature of everyone we came in contact with from the moment we entered the doors through the time we left. Rated 5.0 I brought my 17 month old into the Springfield location on Saturday around 1:20. It was very kid friendly and clean. The receptionist was wonderful and friendly. I brought him in due to having croup with congestion and high fevers and showing some strider breathing.

Rated 5.0 We were seen at the Atlantic Ave, Brooklyn location. Front desk staff and nurses were fine but everyone from the intake person to the nurses to the attending physician had remarkably low energy and really mediocre bedside manner (not saying hello as they entered the room, not explaining procedures and decisions clearly to patient or parent, for example).
