Rated 5.0 I fell in love right as I entered the serene, calming environment. The recovery yoga class was one of the most amazing experiences and I highly recommend for anyone with any kind of injury, physical or mental or if you are looking for a class to just calm the mind and body. I can't wait to come back!

Rated 5.0 I, too, want to share my very positive experiences at Pranaa working with Meenakshi Gupta. I came to Pranaa a little over a year ago with skin and sleep issues that defied western medical wisdom. Happily, I now have these issues under control—but beyond that, I gained a respect for Ayurvedic practice because of Meenakshi’s mastery. She is very highly experienced and credentialed, but her when I speak of her mastery, it is not her certificates that come to mind. Rather, it is her ability to tailor both the regimen and knowledge sharing for your specific needs. She really listens to you and works with you from where you are—not where you think should be. She is not doctrinaire, but instead, very sympathetic and knowledgeable—thank you Meenakshi!
