In 2011 I began my journey of self-healing with the help of exercise, proper nutrition, and various holistic healing practices. I was inspired to pursue training in exercise, yoga, bodywork and Ayurveda. Through my personal transformative experience I discovered a deep rooted passion to help guide and educate others in lifestyle, diet and wellness practices to promote health and bring more balance into their lives. I am a graduate of the National Personal Training Institute and an Integrative Yoga Therapy Instructor. To further my understanding of the mind-body connection, I became a licensed massage therapist and a health & wellness counselor trained in the classical medical science of Ayurveda in New Mexico, under the guidance of world-renowned Ayurvedic expert and teacher, Dr. Vasant Lad. My personalized services encourage and guide people to reach their highest potential, living a happier and healthier life according to their true nature – physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I offer one-on-one wellness, diet & lifestyle consultations, Ayurvedic body therapies, exercise instruction and private therapeutic yoga sessions. I believe in the power of a holistic approach to reduce stress and bring balance and nourishment into our lives.
