Premier Self Storage

Rated 5.0 clean, well lit at night, better security cameras system. We rented from public storage before and got our stuff stolen. Their security cameras were still VHS tapes. And the cameras were still facing up towards the sky. Premier storage has security. I feel better knowing that they have this.

Rated 5.0 Trying to move out of our unit before the end of the month and we found mold in our unit from a fault in the facility. We tried to notify the front desk and took them over to see the damaged items in the unit and all they would tell me was they would charge a fee to dispose of the damaged items.

Rated 5.0 I don't want to poo poo the Premier Oakley facilities just Rachael the worker in the office. One of the wonderful features Premier offers is a moving truck for 4 hours as a promotions for signing up with them. Great right!!! My husband called on Monday 8/28/17 to reserve the truck for Thursday 9am the 31st. He moved more items to the storage today and stopped in to the office to ask a questions and confirm again for tomorrow. Rachael told him the truck has been reserved for the whole day tomorrow the 31st. Said the lady had just come into the office and reserved it an hour before. HUH!!! We called on Monday and reserved it.. .how can she give it to someone else? Instead of calling that person that had just come in to tell them the office made a mistake and that the truck had already been reserved she told us we were out of luck. How can that be???? What part of reserving ahead of time does she not understand??? My husband even showed her proof that he had called and reserved it. Luckily he had gone in or tomorrow would have been a disaster. We have people coming from out of town to help with our move which took scheduling on all our parts. We had to go rent a U-Haul for tomorrow because of Rachael's error. She was actually the one that took the phone call from my Husband on Monday and she was the one that forgot to right it down and now we are the ones to get screwed by her error. So sad. If it wasn't for the fact that we have spent all week moving our things into the 10x30 storage that we rented we would have canceled the whole rental because of this and would have gone with Brentwood Self Storage who we ended up renting the U-Haul from. If only we had went with them in the first place we wouldn't be in this situation. NOT HAPPY and this Rachael lady...watch out for her. She will also over charge you on buying a bundle of boxes. You are suppose to get a discount of you buy them by the bundle...says right on the boxes but she will charge you by the box and not
