Rated 1.0 we went to this branch to get some sweets and chat papdi. While waiting for some sampling, I noticed a hair in the glass case where the sweets were displayed , so told the girl about it and she cooley said we don't give you from here. afterwards she behaved very unfriendly, made our chat papdi very spicy, probably out of spite. This was my first and last visit.

Rated 4.0 A good variety of bengali sweets but the worst Kalo Jam ever. Their Tehari and Kacchi biriyani simply the best one in Ontario.

Rated 5.0 The best quality Bengali Sweet shop in Toronto. Khejur Gurer Sondesh is the fantastic one - even can beat the original Calcutta variety. The other sweets are also fantastic and very authentic to it's Bengali taste

Rated 5.0 I would give it ten stars if I could and I am not one for going overboard with praise! We have been coming here for a few years now and it is always a pleasurable experience. The food is tops. Having lived and eaten at many a South Asian food joint here in GTA, me and my family can vouch for the food here being the tastiest and the cleanest. Not once have we had an upset stomach and the biryani's, the meat curries and the sweets section are to die for. The chaats are amazing too when you are in the mood for a hearty snack. Sandesh of all kinds, biryanis, meat and veg curries, veg singhadas are some of our favorites. Actually, anything from Premium is. Anything. :)

Rated 1.0 I brought 2 coworkers to Premium today and I was so disappointed. I've been coming here since they opened and the food is still good but the customer service is horrible!! My friend just wanted a simple combo of veggies and rice and she was told she had to order separately!! they only sell by half pound and pound now, making you spend more money for too much food!! I tried and tried to explain that instead of half a pound of veggies, could she get less veggies and a bit of rice since rice is cheaper anyway, she would pay for the half pound of veggies but she said no!!! Man, I was embarrassed to have brought my friends to this place, they seem so petty now! All about profit and no customer service!! Can no longer recommend this place to anyone!!
