About Puma Yoga

Puma Yoga was established in 2004 by Maria E. Reyes as its sole yoga teacher. The studio moved to Lakewood Ohio in August, 2008 to serve the residents of Lakewood and surrounding west side communities. Puma Yoga offers over 35 weekly classes and workshops geared to the absolute beginner, the intermediate, and the advanced practitioner. We host workshops with guest teachers, and offer specialty classes for athletes, teens, moms-to-be, the hip hop music lover, and more. The Puma Yoga Aligned Flow Teacher Training begins March 2013. The studio has hosted fund raising events for organizations such as Providence House, Domestic Violence Center, Women's shelters and the Lakewood Community Service Center. Puma Yoga promotes a community based environment that empowers and encourages each student in developing a consistent yoga practice.
