Rated 1.0 There is nothing less than poor, otherwise i would have rated it worse. Food is ok, but the service is very very bad. There is a young girl behind the counter who is always on phone , i think she thinks she is like miss america or something. well miss let me tell you instead of trying to act like that its better you give service to your customers, people come there to eat and not look at you , nobody has time for that moreoever if you think you look good then i would say you need the right mirror .. :)

Rated 1.0 Have bought 3 different sweets( alsi pinni, coconut rolls, chocolate barfi) on 3 different occasions , must say each time it has been a disappointing experience. Taste is below average, not recommended at all!

Rated 2.0 I went to this place to buy some Jalebis , usually they have fresh or a day old . but that day when i went they were dry and stale . i asked the young girl at the register if they had fresh or can they make if i order ,i needed about 5lbs for potluck . the young girl said she had some fresh in the back and went inside to get them for me. instead an one old lady with the turban tied on her head(,i think she owns the store ) came out to the register and said (kind of yelled at me with the hand guster) . "we are not going to make any jalebis buy what we have or go and buy in other store ... etc.. and by hand guster she said that i should leave the store.:( i was stunned and said that not the way she should treat to me and said that she owes and apology to me .. after i said that i haven't even said a word to her and was justing their .. she very madly said sorry for the sake of it . I am not going back there, since they tried to sell me stale food and no customer service . I would rate them zero for customer service .

Rated 4.0 Good food, including home-style food and a chaat menu. Decent prices, and excellent selection of sweets. The service was a bit slow, however, hence 4 stars.

Rated 5.0 Excellent home style Punjabi food, best in the Seattle area, IMO! Quality of food is consistently good. Thali is a must have. Though they have a bit of a wait time on busy days, the wait is totally worth it. They don't have restaurant style curries rich with cream, so it might be a little spicy for the unprepared palette. Expect to eat delicious, authentic comfort food here!
